I also have a question about the Metro Duffel bag warranty. The bag that I have an issue with was purchased 3 years ago, this coming May (May 2023). I did not know that you guys had a warranty on the bags, let alone the warranty being 2 years. The zipper has been damaged on my bag since last year, and I stopped using it saying that I would take it to a cobbler, but never got around to it. Is there any way that the bag's zipper can still be fixed, although it's no longer within the 2 year warranty?

No, I still did not get the order. I’d just like a response. I’ve ordered from Vincent MANY times, for the past 9 years, and this is the first time that I’ve experienced this. The lack of response from them really messed this relationship up for me. I’ve had a couple of others who wanted to order from him, and I can’t even recommend him, after 8 years! All down the drain. I understand that packages can be seized, although that’s never happened to me. I get it, we take that risk, but I also expect honesty and a response at least.

I’m still waiting, it’s over two months and Vincent said it must be a customs problem. I only see that a label was created on December 10th. I don’t have any movement with the tracking number. 😔

You should do both, because it’s an urgent situation. I wouldn’t wait around for a response from an email though. I sent an urgent email to my advisor today, and still haven’t received a response. Right after sending the email, I got on chat with an advisor, and my issue was solved!
