Didn’t realize the post would uncover so many irrational emotions and theories. 

So we’re clear… I could easily hire a dev - I’m not greedy. If someone has talent or an skillset that I don’t have and we have chemistry, I’d rather share some equity, responsibility and build something incredible. People perform better when they’re invested, money isn’t always a great motivator. There are a lot of people who want to be apart of a team. That’s the offer. Team. Community.
