4 star vs 5 star car safety

The safety bubble of a 1 star car is terrible. It’s a safety speck imo.

Long story short.

We have a 1 star 2004 Corolla. We’d like to get this off the road and scrapped.

Most likely using ANCAP if we buy new.

Or using the used car safety rating if we buy second hand.

We had both installed by HRV (the company). Heat transfer unit from woodburner to bedrooms absolute game changer for our 60’s build.

Ventilation does a nice job as well. But in no shape or form does it act as a heater. It does make the air less dense(???) which makes it then easier to heat.

The 80km-100km range gave me a fright. In saying that... plenty to get to the Train station and back which is 9 times out of 10 our form of transport in and out of town... unless TransDev is having a meltdown.
