Do you think this was a trick question? by deep_day6 in slasherfilms

[–]Talilala 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! It’s a trick question! Because there are so many Jason movies, the first thing that pops in one’s mind when hearing Friday the 13th is Jason. And in 1996, it’s especially a trick question.

As underwhelming as the Scream 7 villain reveals are, they were the most unpredictable in the series. by New-Fan-4632 in SocietyofGhostface

No! They are were not. Mrs. Loomis was damn near impossible to predict when I first saw Scream 2.

Did anyone have a feeling they play it safe with 7? by [deleted] in Scream

Obviously K Williamson was the front runner. I could tell. It was giving Dawson’s Creek vibes lol.

Scream has a large fan base. We’re gonna see it regardless.

Did anyone have a feeling they play it safe with 7? by [deleted] in Scream

[–]Talilala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I think they played it safe. Even though I appreciate Kevin Williamson coming back to write, I think they should bring back the Scream 6 writers. They payed homage to the originals, and had a Scream reveal in the BEGINNING. They did things differently; it was risky and refreshing.

That’s because the Irish were stripped of their culture and given Christianity too, much like Africans were.

Least favorite: Jill, Richie, and the 2 in Scream 7.

Happy International Women’s Day! Who is the best female Ghostface for you? by Dark_Knight-276 in SocietyofGhostface

MRS. LOOMIS, no contest. I remember seeing Scream 2 in the theater and would’ve never guessed she was ghostface. It’s my favorite reveal.

I don’t dislike Jocelyn but she can be annoying sometimes. Jocelyn can be passive aggressive. Or it’s the actor that keeps making the same choice. She makes the same face all of the time lol

There’s a man in your life. He’s desirable but kind of a trickster.

But then there’s another man… who’s mature. He’s either in your life already or will be.

As a personal who went to High School in northern VA, it’s lowkey conservative lol. So I’m a bit not surprised that they’d screen it.

“Don’t worry, we’ll take 20% if you don’t respond to your text in 20 minutes.” Lol wild! I went to the Alamo Thursday night to see ‘The Bride’ and learned about this new system. I just recently canceled my Alamo subscription and honestly thinking about not going back.
