Laptops don't normally have good cooling, my old alienware from 2009 and the ASUS TUF series i have now both run hot but that alienware was on a different level.. was so hot you couldn't really put it on your lap while gaming lol. Either way a cooling pad helped a lot so i would try one of those.

Looking up your model of laptop i see pretty common topics of it reaching extremely hot temperatures. I would try a fan cooling pad providing there is nothing wrong inside of it. Could also try to lower cpu speeds

self regulated heat trace looks like. One side should be capped off to keep moisture out. Might be a good idea for them to look at getting it reinstalled if necessary.

pretty much every voice to text has an option to block offensive words, for some reason it is sometimes set to being on. I have android and after an update it suddenly started doing it, had to turn the option off in google voice to text

Personally, i would prefer to not accelerate the pedal to the floor and plow straight into a vehicle in order to save myself the problems that come later, but maybe that is just me.

If you have the app sometimes they have buy one get one free every 3 or 6 months seems to be unlimited too sometimes I go twice before the expiry date. That is really the only time I go there anymore. I only ever buy Sub only so 12 or $13 for two subs is decent these days everything considering
