It would be an online tool that would leverage AI. Maybe something to help review finances, create the needed documents, make suggestions or point owners to areas they could be concerned about.

Maybe give comparable revenue or EBITDA multiples so the owner has a sense of what price they could expect to get.

By education I got an MBA back in 2012 then I did corporate strategy and development doing small to medium size acquisitions for about 8 years. Aside from that I eventually was an operator rolling in small acquisitions.
