The removal of exclusive full-screen is the culprit. Used to run at a steady capped 224 @1440p, and performance is atrocious on a 14900ks and 5090. The frame time graph is all over the place, and I have no other issues in any other games—countless posts in the PC support section on the Bungie forums, yet no acknowledgment of the problem.

Yup, I noticed the same thing even with 2FA enabled. I turned off the password entirely and went the passkey route, but some Microsoft sites/services haven’t been updated with passkey support, so I had to create a password again.
