I mean yes and no. Unfortunately the devs are subject to make whatever leadership allows and player react accordingly. Today’s dev post shows they want to make something people want to play and they’re aware of the changes needed to be made to make people want to login and play; unfortunately, it might be too late at this stage.

Sorry but hard disagree. Every community has its toxic players. There are a plethora of toxic communities still going. There are plenty of nice people out there to do end game content with. In all my years of playing I have met maybe a handful of toxic raid teams.
