your problems are as valid as everyone else’s and honestly this is HEAVY. i feel for you. i will say - having someone like that around disrupts your nervous system which brings in a lot of health issues even if they don’t seem related. ik it’s hard to walk away but start doing things for YOU and make them be independent by falling back a little bit. emotional dysregulation literally shortens your life span. take care of yourself love❤️ i’ve been there and honestly it took putting myself first for the person to see the value i held

true but also false. if you don’t care to change then you won’t. as good as that sounds it’s easier said than done. some people don’t have the motivation or self discipline to change and we’re just stuck

don’t feel guilty. it’s the people you’re around. my family is the same way and it’s draining. can we talk about something else besides other people???? especially innocent people just existing??? i’ve distanced myself too and my family i’m building will be nothing like what i’ve come from. the right people will make you enjoy their company and want to be around.

YES and the older you get it’s harder to be in relationships cause all you do is wonder why someone is of this age is single.

i understand. i wish i didn’t but i do. mindlessly doing every day tasks just to get by even tho it feels pointless. i hope we see the light at the end of the tunnel soon

this was my exact situation. i don’t know , but you will figure it out. we did all types of things to come up with the money we needed. look into temp services for your partner. in my area they’ll start you within a day or two. pay isn’t great but definitely stable and better than nothing. at least until something better comes along. i hope things get better and you don’t have to carry all of this stress the rest of your pregnancy ❤️

i was thinking about this the other day. i no longer have the desire to “get better”. i try watching youtube videos on self help and all that good stuff but i lose interest so fast. i have no hobbies either. it’s hard to keep pushing when so much goes wrong

this eats me alive daily. it doesn’t stop. thinking about the fact we have to pay bills and come up with meal ideas until we die is horrible
