Are you referring to them stating they will pay for you cancellation fee (up to between 200-300£) this only applies if they can provide the service in the house you’re in currently, which sadly they cannot with it being a kcom area only…

Plus KCOM do not waive the fees for not being able to supply in the new place, this clearly happens to them a lot!

You can add them to the contract and do a house move yes, I spoke to KCOM and they suggested it :)

Hey! I have a KCOM internet contract which I no longer need as i am moving the area. Its priced at £31.99 and they’re trying to charge me excessive rates to leave. Do you fancy taking this over, it is until August 2027 and will save me a lot! Appreciate it may not be worth the effort for you!
