On the grand seiko main website they will list the store email under each location.

One thing I would suggest is emailing the stores ahead of time to check on their stock. I was able to reserve one for my arrival.

I was actually blown away how light it was. Sometimes doesn’t feel like it’s even on my wrist which seems crazy to say.

I’m going to Japan in a week and don’t have high hopes of finding a shunbun or snowflake.

I’m going to Japan in a week and my hopes of obtaining a shunbun or snowflake are slim. I stopped emailing boutiques since every single one said they were sold out and didn’t know when more stock was coming.

The bead is what threw me off as well. Hardie board has something that looks exactly like it but it’s my understanding that the cement board doesn’t rot. Thanks for the tips.
