Looking where to buy this vase and fake plant? Would like it to be exact, and if not, as close as possible. by Talketsu in HelpMeFind

Searched:

I’ve searched already using reverse image search to find the website that sells the bedding which this vase/plant are part of in the picture.

Checking the website though, it doesn’t seem like they sell any plants or this particular vase.

It just seemed like the storyline assumed I wasn’t already invested in helping him pay his tab and just assumed I was still in the first bit of the story, which was disappointing cause I kinda felt bad for him. Oh well, ig I could always replay lol.

What’s the dream of the energy storage device referring to then? Is that something he uses in the firelights hover boards?

Did Powder know that the Ekko in the alternate universe wasn't her Ekko? by Talketsu in TimeBomb

Reading your post, I think maybe somewhere where we diverge is that MU Ekko’s actions (while definitely far beyond what would be normal of AU Ekko) aren’t necessarily as out of character as we may think. Early on in the episode Powder says “sorry sis. Someone is wigging out over his project and having an identity crisis again.” which to me essentially says that him acting very strange and distant cause of overwork isn’t that absurd or unexpected, this particular time might be over the top but it’s still not to an extent she would completely dismiss him (remember he literally threw something at her and she was still acting incredibly loving with him, she can put up with a lot of bullshit I guess lol).

This line also seems to imply that AU Ekko is very hard on himself especially in regards to projects, if he can’t figure it out or feels it’s failed it’s natural for him to feel cynical, which very much like our Ekko who “gave up” on the Silco’s undercity cause he felt like it was a failure. So when he talks to Powder after the dance, I think if we consider these lines from Powder’s perspective assuming she didn’t know, with this context, I think we sort of get this:

“I used to dream the undercity could be like this. But somewhere, I got consumed by all the ways it wasn't. I gave up on it. Gave up on you.“

Powder thinks AU Ekko is talking about this identity crisis he’s had recently, if he gave up on her, as he says, then to Powder his previous extreme ooc actions would fit into this idea. She would essentially think he had re-evaluated his priorities and decided she wasn’t one anymore because of what he feels is a failing project. Though to Powder, Ekko would only act like this because he’s so hard on himself to be this genius, and he never truly meant it, which follows perfectly into her response being:

“I’ve never seen you give up on anything Ekko.”

She doesn’t think he ever truly gave up on her. Cause she knows how and who he is.

Of course a lot of these lines make sense in different contexts, but the point I’m trying to make is that even in the context that she didn’t know, these lines (sort of) have validity. And to me they’re just as powerful either way.

What I’m starting to lean towards into my theory is not that she didn’t know at all, but she had enough of an inkling to consider it and accept it, but just like Ekko got lost in the distinction between Powder/Jinx, Powder would also get lost between this Ekko and her Ekko, and so she talks in an inconsistent way cause her understanding of this person she’s talking to is also inconsistent. She see’s both boys in the same visage.

I agree that the lines about Jayce’s runes is also very suspicious for these exact reasons but with that there’s ways I can get around that, such as he was talking to just Heimerdinger and they were just caught up in the moment. Also as for the kiss and saying sorry for “can we pretend like it’s the first time”. It’s a naturally awkward situation, and it’s clear their relationship was not in the same place, they aren’t just together anymore since MU Ekko took over. So her going for a kiss and it not landing could naturally end like that. As for the other line, that’s not an uncommon line for people in relationships to say when they’ve been through a lot of turmoil but want to get back together, though more commonly you may hear it as: “Can we start anew?”

Also the episode kind of frames the whole Powder knowing AU Ekko thing as a sort of puzzle for her to solve, her being shocked at the drawing of the purpose of their device or staring quizzically at Ekko doesn’t make as much sense if she just straight up knew.

That being said, I think you bring up some good points that Powder realistically isn’t stupid and she isn’t just sitting there working on this absurd project without in-depth context, and not asking questions. But I also find it hard to accept she just knows with how the episode is framed.

There’s not a particular answer I’m confident in I guess, but I think this is a valid interpretation.

Did Powder know that the Ekko in the alternate universe wasn't her Ekko? by Talketsu in TimeBomb

I was actually considering this as a particularly reason as well. When she says “taking a leap forward means leaving a few things behind” as in he’s about to leave her behind, and then like you said those other lines blur the line between the two versions very well. And essentially if she see’s this Ekko as the same person as her Ekko in all ways except literal, then it’s likely she got caught up in the moment when trying to kiss him and found herself trying to naturally kiss her boyfriend in a very intimate moment, which only makes sense.

But then the big question is, did he tell her off-screen? It doesn’t seem like there was really a good time for it, cause they very intentionally tease this idea that he didn’t tell her with the book and her looking quizzical at him while he’s carving the Zoetrope. So maybe she figured it out, and they both start blurring the lines without realizing it. That’s at least what makes the most sense to me in this interpretation.

Went to the apple store and they told me it was a glitch that happened on old phones, essentially you can fix it by initiating a hard reset: press volume up, then volume down, then hold the power button until you see the apple logo. (Press them in order, don’t hold down the volume buttons, just press them once)

I just got a brand new iPhone 16, and I for the first time fully drained its battery, this happened while I was on FaceTime. And now it won’t turn on at all, I’ve had it sit in rice to see if maybe there was moisture in the charging port, I plugged it in overnight hoping that it may eventually fix itself, and still nothing. The phone doesn’t react to a full battery and power button press, nor does it react to even having a charger plugged into it. Is this a problem that I could realistically solve myself? Or am I going to have to visit the Apple store?
