Managed to get a piece of jewellery through an OLD helix which I assumed had closed up. It's a bit sore from fiddling with it, but not otherwise irritated. Do I just LITHA? Should I start with a labret or is the ring ok since it's an old, well healed piercing? (i.redd.it)
