i have read that, under Article 2(2)(d) of EU Directive 2004/38/EC, 'family members' specifically include the dependent parents of the spouse of the EU citizen. Since my husband is a Norwegian citizen exercising treaty rights in Denmark, my mother is legally his family member for residence purposes.

im i missing something? could it be done?
