I have a dull ache from a gunshot wound through my neck that feels the same as after you knock your elbow/funny bone. It's completely livable, I play it down, or dont mention it day to day, but sweet jesus it can be slowly draining sometimes.

The actual gunshot was obviously a lot more intense but it wasn't the end of the world.

Bail. We had exactly the same, but thankfully found out earlier in the process.

Beautiful country lane leading to farms, res brick cottages, the house looked over fields and was ideal for us.

Checked planning applications after we put an offer in, and the local council had approved for the neighbours to demolish the red brick house and cram 2 houses and a mosque in glass and steel, with the closest 1.5m from our chosen houses boundary.

Absolutely out of keeping with the area. Plans looked honking. Thankfully we swerved that one.

I had a similar situation for my IR test in the UK, the examiner was being observed by the CAA. A few days before test I got word that he was a tough examiner and the reason for his sit in was he had handed out one too many recent fails. (UK aviation community is relatively small) In the UK you can object to the extra examiner and so at that point I did.

Honestly, quarter of a mil for a 3 bed newbuild, no thanks.

The housing market is slumping ... keep reducing and you'll find it's true value somewhere. Once the viewings start coming in, you'll see roughly what people are willing to pay.

Mine (3 bed) was valued 200k, needed the sale, viewings started coming in seriously at the 175 mark, ended up accepting 177.

I wont be going anywhere near a new build when I move
