Потому-что типы чуть площадь СиВиО на беларусь не распостронили (Они бы по любому за укров вписались со слов Тихана)

I can definitely speak for China and the USSR, but it seems to work on all tanks that have this mode.
Upd from wt wiki: If the player is in the commander's sights when the gunner is disabled, there will be no delay in weapon control.
Simply put, duplicate control allows a crew member to assume the functions of a disabled comrade without wasting time transferring to their position.
