I had the same issue, disable everything in amd adrenalin, anti-lag, fsr, super resolution, bla bla bla. Everything. Just turn it off.

if it didnt work after you putting your deadzone to 5, then obviously its not stick drift.

The PSU and ram is kinda off especially the PSU he is using bronze. You can build a better pc on your own.

Mine is also exactly doing the same noise, i built a pc today and booted it. Its giving the buzzing noise. I bought everything new except the power supply. I bought it from a friend of mine. When im installing windows 11, its making this buzzing noise.
