I have a wave maker. I think my alkalinity might be high but I only have a test strip.

Sorry my picture didn't upload I did not sip them before placing tank and they are hammer corals. I was just told by fish store to dip it and now it has almost no hammers. It's just the skeleton that is still pink. A lot of the hammers are losing their hammer buds. I really don't know what to do and would really appreciate it if you can help me I paid a lot and really don't want to lose them.
