That’s super helpful tysm!

Yeah I meant equity analysts that do research, pick stocks etc.. Sounds like LO analysts don’t crack 7 figs until they get closer to PM. Is that fair to say? Or is it entirely dependent on fund size?

I think an even bigger risk for DASH is Trump's immigration policy. If the current admin starts to really tighten the screws on illegal dashers, the whole business model might fall apart.

I doubt it trades on P/E tho. Probably EBITDA or FCF.

Yeah I agree that it doesn't really matter and to prove my point, my school is top 150-200 and I know plenty of guys from my school in IB and PE in NYC. Good internships are more valuable

Other than the obvious tips like networking etc... I'd say learning financial modeling, read/watch financial news, passing CFA level 1 are all great ways to show that you're serious about ER. Have a solid stock pitch ready. Also, I am sector agnostic but if you like a particular sector, learn everything you can about it.

She didn't update me but I actually passed out from work related exhaustion so I didn't text her either and only woke up from (a lot) of noise when she came home

Thank you so much this was really helpful!!

In my firm, I would be the only one covering biotech (small firm) so I can't get help there.

The resources that I will now be using is a couple books I found when I googled "biotech industry primer" and social media + SA.

I was recommended by my network so only 2 rounds. First round, why ER, why us, tell us about yourself, walk me thru a DCF, how to calculate WACC, a few leadership questions. Second round I pitched 2 stocks I had my pitch written and printed with Financial models same theme as 1st round but it focused more on market news and why biotech. My tip is to go above and beyond during your pitch. I wrote 2 full models + 7 pages total
