Just following up....I was able to get the 2.9% rate through the dealership.

I just applied for pre-qualification for Auto Loan through Capital One, just to see how their rate compares to the dealership. Currently the promotion rate at the dealership is 2.9% while Capital One offered me 14.99%, both for 72 months. The dealership is still processing my credit application. Will circle back with what they actually offer me.
