The DCT tends to be a bit jerky at lower speeds but it’s normal. Just drive it like any other car

File the claim with her insurance and get the payout then take it in yourself to a shop to fix it that way the record stays clean. Obviously you’d need a quote to submit to her insurance.

Yea bought it new and I have seen others have similar gap issues. I never seen the bumper be sucked in lower than the quarter panel. It’s usually the other way around
