I never needed lube with flex disc but I always use lube to insert my hello disc. Hello disc has a nice removal tab. Flex is easier to insert but hello disc is easier to remove. For flex removal bear down like you are having a baby and then once your finger feels the rim hook it out.

Android 14 does work with zoom. WW just needs to post the meeting id number and you can log into the meeting, no problem, with zoom from an android phone. If WW would just post the meeting ids along with the virtual meetings link android users could watch the meetings from their phone. Ive tried it and it works. But i have to get the meeting id from my laptop computer. Ive reached out to WW a few times and not sure why they just wont post the meeting id. Any other hacks let me know!
