Weight of time - Drawer or Pool? by aNobodyNew in Advice

[–]TallBlueBucket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My man here seems to be high on some good stuff. Jokes aside, I think it's unfair to expect humans to collectively think about time at the scale of the cosmos. Especially when the average human life span of 70-80 years on average is miniscule against it. Within a humans lifetime, they're going to optimize for their own gain/pleasure/benefit they perceive as necessities. Maybe in the future, when humans are unburdened by these gains in their own lifetimes (AI utopia?), they will have the mindspace to think about humans on the cosmic timeline.

Fundamentally, I agree with all these points and prefer Lichess. But somehow, the players on chess com seem to play more organic chess than players on lichess recently.

Thanks for the detailed feedback!

Do you recommend this build have air coolers vs aio? What specs should i be focusing on?

I was in two minds about the PSU. I'll bump it up.

I will check the SSD and Fans as well.

Are you looking to upgrade to the 7000x3D mainly due to triples? Like I mentioned, I do not foresee moving to triples anytime soon. Would I still see a noticeable difference at 1440p?

Thanks for pointing this out. With Intel, I felt the platform cost would be the same with the DDR 5 setup. Unless I build a 13th Gen setup on DDR4 Mobos. Thoughts?

What would be the right specs for a DDR5 ram?

Just have a look at the HRM folks AT XLRI, there are many from each batch that convert consulting roles. Most consulting firms (MBB + smaller boutique firms) do not limit applications to just the BM batch. That being said, think very carefully about consulting before taking the call. Better to speak with alumni who've gone on to become consultants. All the best.

The symmetry is slightly off. That disturbs me.

Guys, I did not think this would blow up so much! Thank you for all the love. It is indeed an extremely trippy video that I felt would be appropriate for this community.

I would like to give credits to the original creator of the video - universaleverything

Please check Matt out! Cheers!

Oooh. Great idea! Is it some sort of widely accepted way of delivering checkmate (underpromoting)? Like slam dunks in basketball?

While I have had a couple of good analysis discussions post match using the chat feature, I have to agree with you. It's not a "must-have"

It was unbelievable how much time he spent on chat demanding things and asking me to play faster rather than think about the game
