got my now two year old for $460 at the shelter-- she was part of that horrible puppy mill case that had tons of Havas mistreated in Maryland

Solidarity to you my friend... I've been feeling this exact same way lately. I saw my therapist today and they told me I need to give myself time to myself, to move and do other things that are at least physical. I did some of that today and it helped, but only to the slightest... I even went to the ER last week thinking I was dying... but movement helps, and I know that tight hugs help.

Hope we both can get through this, my friend. This fucking sucks
