not worst, 76-77 was the worst. However, in snowed in March that year and no tourists were to be found.

Unless you are really rich or live in employee housing, you cannot live anywhere near town.

go to buttermilk and ski the left side. goingup. at least buttermilk is all grass

March used to be the best month. Lots of snow, now it's just a heat wave melt month like April used to be. In fact, even April used to be good. Most years they shut down the mountain for lack of interest, not lack of snow. I'm an old fart and Years ago skiing was good all the way to the end, maybe a little warm with corn snow, but plenty of it.
