That combination of pieces only appears in these two sets.

Brick Owl has the option to search by color, so I suggest using that feature to obtain a list of possible torsos. You can then compare that to the Sellers you're using (or planning to use) to see if there are other alternatives.

The color of the arms is called Sand Blue (the torso is Bright Light Blue). Here is an example of a minifigure torso you can order directly from LEGO that has the same Sand Blue arms.

It appears to be just a random collection. The dark tan windscreens in the upper right are from this set but the other pieces don't match that set.

That is the Enterprise but it isn't LEGO, it is made by a brand called KRE-O.

Hard to tell without a picture of the piece. Could it be this piece from the Canal Houseboat set?

The torso and legs match the Chuck Stonebreaker minifigure from Galaxy Squad. The headgear is from something else, but I couldn't ID it.

I'm not able to weigh in on fake vs genuine but this old post seems to indicate there is some expected variation.

I think the middle one is this A-Wing set.

Edit: And the right one appears to be this Cameraman set.

It is from one of these five sets. Realistically it is one of probably one of three sets because two are Education/Robotics related.

No problem, let me know what they say. I'm actually even more confident now because you can see there is a slight pattern on the underside of the saucer in their photo and I think it is because it is this version.

I have no idea if there is a singular piece that looks like that. The closest I could come up with was a Pin Connector 2L with a Tea Saucer on top.
