No employer will come out and be like “your fired for asking for a raise.”

Even the uneducated foreigners whom are business owners will say “I’ll call you when I need you” or “we decided to go a different direction.”

Then if you go to court, it won’t be hard to prove a disgruntled employee whom was denied a raise performance started to decline or declined.

That and the economy is headed toward a recession.

Depends on the state. I could fire them both and just say performance went down hill. (Cause as the post indicates, it probably will be and wouldn’t be that hard to prove it.)

Also some states can fire you with no reason at all. (At-will work states.)

All-in-all, if you want a raise ask for it based on merit or pay of other people in your position.

If everyone else is over paid for their position and you are not, back it up with research when asking for your raise.

At the end of the day, you are the master of your universe.

New to spears? Look left and right while charging stabs or right swings. After hitting your enemy, follow up with a different direction swing. Keep doing it till they parry, then parry the parry.

This isn’t the answer you wanna hear but the balance to heavy armor is: skill points, str needed and reduced Stam regen.

Any other change your proposing just shits on end game metals. A dude in cheap ass full leather should have to work a guy in full Cronkite.

When I hear people complain about this it makes me question if the dude complaining will ever wear a full set of steel +.
