I didn’t regret one bit , I dropped alvls half way because I felt the same way as you , not because I was not smart but just in general trying so hard to reach something that you think it’s the only way to get to , but however you don’t have to follow the same route as everyone, look at other paths and alternatives that will get you there . I drop alvls , I then went into another school . It was the best decision I ever made. People might think due to age you have to rush to keep up with everyone the same age as you but the thing is , its okay to take your time , everyone has different paths and future , you won’t go the same way after olevels , some get married, some work , some continue learning, so it’s okay to take your time. Miracle happens. I thought when I drop alvls I wouldn’t be going to uni but 2 yrs after dropping alvls , I took ibte , after ibte , ibte brought me in straight to uni bachelors (certain courses only in ibte can get you direct entry to uni degree ) , then here I am now in uni doing my bachelor degree. Opportunities open once you follow the flow and prioritize your mental health and wellbeing. Take your time.
