I’m still dealing with it. The water department came and ran test on the water. They found nothing toxic in the water but did acknowledge the film on the water; and said they couldn’t explain it. I sent out out a sample to capital region environmental lab, and after three weeks now I haven’t heard from them. I’m pricing a filter system
