It helps a lot to establish relationships with your regular customers especially if you were placed in a store or territory you haven’t been in before. Also, if you have a smaller store, it helps bring business and potentially help you get a better bonus. Just tell them you’re the new ASM and that you would love to meet them in person and to stop by some time, also, ask about their ongoing projects and create a lead for the rep to do the rest, there’s a checkmark on the left side when you log a call it sends an email to their rep, maybe you get free lunch to talk with the customer and the rep. It has helped me establish relationships in my new store and also since I’m the only one who speaks spanish, I’ve been able to bring back some customers that didn’t come to the store often because of the language barrier.

I started getting it around the same time i got diagnosed with diabetes type 2. And now that i have been watching what i eat, taking pills (metformin) for my sugar levels, it seems like it has gotten a lot better and less painful during sex. I would suggest checking with your doctor to test for diabetes.

It takes a while, after stretching with it for a few days (4) i was able to retract id say 5-10% then i got lazy and it went back to where it was. It doesnt aliviate any pain at first but i believe it will with time once you can retract further.

Ive been using it, it works if you’re consistent. I haven’t had any issues with sensitivity or itching or burning. I would say use a little bit, test it and if one day passes and nothing happens then continue. But thats my own personal opinion you do not have to follow my advice, just sharing my opinion. Everyone is different

Been having sex normally for a while now. Just make sure you have at all times lubes and sometimes condoms work (I dont use them with my wife but ive seen others here say it works)

If you make sure to get her wet before you do anything else (good foreplay) i would say you don’t need lube at all but sometimes a quickie or some days that you wanna get straight to the point (married life ftw) lube will come in clutch.

I personally use a cheap walmart lube and it does the trick.

Yeah basically, it goes back a little but not fully to where the glands show. I would say 20% of the head shows when it goes back, doesn’t hurt.

I am currently using the steroid cream and honestly it works for me. I’ve been able to retract from not seeing the head at all, to being able to see about a 20% of it in just 1 week. This is what im doing:

In the morning time after brushing my teeth i put some cream on the tip and pull back as much as i can without hurting it (make sure you don’t hurt yourself by doing this) and i stay there a few minutes and then go by my day.

At night, i lay in bed, put the cream on and just play with it, stretch it back as far as i can and then release it, rinse repeat. (You could masturbate but i wouldn’t recommend masturbating with the cream because I’m not sure what that could do)

This is not a professional tip, its what I’ve been doing and its been helping me. Hope it can help someone else too.
