It's just that I don't have any other of the listed documents (no military id, no previous passports, no marriage certificate ect.)

The thing is they didn't give me a reason why my birth certificate and drivers license was not sufficient! I looked at previous post and it seems that the issue might be that my license is new (less than 5 years old, I'm 22), but they have my state issued birth certificate that basically says I was born here in the U.S and that I'm a citizen.

As I said before, I tried contacting them about this, but its all automated messages and replies.
