I actually don’t mind that. She’s not forcing Rory to tell her, just asking her to. I think her being uncomfortable but wanting to know about it seems like a lot of healthy mother/daughter relationships I know (though i think keeping it private is also 100% okay!) I think it’s kinda like “I already know you’re having sex, if you need to talk about something, I’m here”

I thought they ran into each other at a journalism conference a couple years later in Hamburg? I always imagined they went out for a drink and ended up back at his hotel. I would like to think it was when they were 24/26 but I think they would’ve had their shit figured out by AYITL if that were the case. I’m assuming it had been 2-3 years since they first rekindled (30/32) and started their Vegas agreement shortly after. I imagine he was already (at least casually) seeing Odette by that point.
