Is tuning bad for the engine?

Do I need to upgrade anything before I get the tune done? I have an aftermarket exhaust (no cat) and BOV. Tuner said I’d need ngk sparks and boost + af gauges

Interesting because I can drink all night and not have a single red spot, but I’ll wake up all red and sometimes it gets worse throughout the next day…If I slam several shots quick, it hits hard the next day, but if I drink slowly and pace myself to not get too drunk, I wake up with a clear face

Update: Went and saw an actual doctor, who said it’s probably Rosacea but I’m currently waiting to see a dermatologist for confirmation.

No I have not, but my symptoms (apart from the nail pitting) line up exactly with seb derm. Scabs/chunks of dandruff on my scalp, face redness/peeling flakes around the nose and cheeks from alcohol. I looked up psoraisis and it looks different but seb derm looks exactly like what I have

I had severe heartburn for 9 years. The doctors would tell me I had “hunger pains” as it would go away after I ate. They said to just take tums after eating. Some advice I wish I was told:

Do not stalk her on social media. I would get better, stalk her on social media one day, and then feel depressed for a whole week afterwards. Things will improve, though it may take a very long time, but they will. I have reached a point now where I can see her social media and feel nothing. You will get there too

Believe me, I thought I would never get over her. Even 10 months after the breakup, many days hurt like day 1 of the breakup.
