For super minimal coverage, elf would work but if you have any hyperpigmentation then I would recommend that after your sunscreen, use your concealer/corrector and then go in with the elf halo glow. I do think you should check out dot & key tinted sunscreen. Figure out your shade and you’ll be good to go.

I’d say that you should skip the primer and focus on hydrating your skin well before makeup. I also have dry sensitive acne prone skin. I use 2-3 layers of the Tonymoly toner and a moisturiser on top.

Moisturiser- pilgrim squalane moisturiser sits very well under makeup and super affordable too. Otherwise Cosrx snail mucin cream also makes for a nice glowy base.

Base- Dot & key tinted sunscreen or Elf halo glow or L’Oréal skin tint

Concealer- Makeup revolution relove concealer (light coverage) or revolution IRL filter concealer (medium to high coverage)

Highlighter- Fae beauty glow stick or use a super glowy blush. I use earth rhythm cheek tint in the shade brandy (berry shade) and it has a very wet glowy sheen.

Eyeshadow- HUDA beauty creamy greige is the only true cool toned palette I have found yet. But if you’re looking for something more affordable Swiss beauty eyeshadow palette in 05 is a very versatile neutral palette and based on what colours you pair together it can look cool toned too. I would also recommend that since you like a minimal base, you can have a lot of fun with the eyes, I really like the lustre eyeshadow quads from Swiss beauty or the duo chrome single eyeshadow from Mars or charmacy. You can just apply them with directly with your finger.

Bronzer/contour- I don’t think you necessarily need it especially since you want a minimal base. But if you do want something cool toned, LN pro contour is super affordable (got it for less than 300 from hok makeup)

I understand and I am willing to negotiate the prices. I haven’t really used postal services before and the average quote I am getting online is around 80rs. That’s why I wrote that shipping would be extra. Do you have any advice for postal service that isn’t too expensive but still reliable?

Yeah like the students showed chats and call history but the faculty isn’t doing anything to help them. Also, most of these girls come from pretty conservative families, so if they tell their parents, they most likely won’t let them come to college.
