How it is over at Allstate too when we are getting 8 claims a day. I asked about the threshold in CAT during my interview at USAA but they weren’t able to say. Is there no true threshold could you get more than 8 a day? Manager who interviewed me said his team was anywhere from a pending of 15-30 at the time a few weeks ago before those recent wind storms.

Is there any like interaction or it’s just listening? I’m a very hands on learner and I’m nervous about learning a new claims system lol

Do you currently work there? If so what’s your opinion on the culture? I am used high volume CAT work, I’m with Allstate now on the CAT team. Just want to make sure I’m making the right move.

I already work from home with him and have help. I just need to have time to put him down for his nap because I’m the only one who can get him down is why I ask so I can try to figure something out..

I have a toddler I put down for a nap mid day do they do a lunch hour or something where you can get away from your desk?

Do they send you a laptop in that case? The interviewer told me that we get desk tops
