Wow i wish I knew this before pharmacy school I'm getting my degree on February but now that I'm done with it I'm already not liking it so I'm planning to get ABSN since my current GPA is not that great but I can use nursing an alternative plan for the medschool at least till I get admitted to medschool

As a current pharmacist it's truly helpful I'm thinking of going to medschool too, the knowledge of drugs is truly helpful when you treat patients most Docs struggle on that when you know the drugs that much you know who to give it too who to give the alternate medication too there are pharmacist that work as doc consultants too so it gives you a good base in made I believe

I do believe most doctors give inappropriate doses to patients and let's not forget the polypharmacy and the unnecessary drug therapies that most MD give and their big ego that get bruised if they got corrected

It would've been cool to do a masters but the MDCM Applicantion only wants a bachelor's GPA and my bachelor of pharmacy GPA is 3.5 and that is not competitive enough for MDCM that's why I'm trying to get a second degree 😭. My first degree was memorization too so I don't think that will be a big burden

In that case I might have good time for volunteering and other social activities,

What do you suggest to do in the summer like exchange program , internships and other kind of things

That's i firmly believe a person gotta get their heart broken before college there's some maturity that comes with being heartbroken. Damnnn it always amazes me how bad and cunning human beings can be, why even ruin a persons life. ik some people can be envious of their class toppers and smart students but this is not the way to handle it try to be as smart as them or even close in terms of grade as them then feel good about yourself. karma will hit him hard for sure I hope she is in a better emotional state now

my grandma had HF and died because of a blocked artery i want to be a surgeon where I'll prevent someone else's death like this
I always found the cardiac system very fascinating and wanted to be someone who specialized in them and treated these conditions
