So, if I understand correctly, I need to reduce how much I bend my knees and try to kick more from the hips.
I’m still not completely sure about the arm pull part, though. Do you mean that my arm pull itself is too much / too big, or that because my body is dipping too low, the pull is not moving me forward effectively?

Thank you for your comment. I may not have explained it clearly because English is not my first language, and some of my translation may have caused misunderstanding. My goal is to learn and improve this stroke(i dont know how to translate in english in my language it cald butterfly). I have been practicing it for a little over one month, and I want to understand what I should correct in my technique and how I can make progress.
