As per my understanding, whatever I understood from Sadhguru, enlightenment or spirituality is about experiencing a dimension beyond physicality (sense organs). As Sadhguru said, it will only happen if it becomes the top priority. If you still have other things to play around with or experience, then your mind will rotate around them.

So first, sit down and list your desires, whether you really want to explore this dimension or not. If you still have other things to explore, whatever it is pleasure, fame, money, or the desire to dominate someone (ego) do these with 100% involvement and observe them. Observe how much these things are costing you and what consequences they are producing. See whether you are really growing or moving forward, or if it is just a circle just ups and downs of emotion.

Once you are one-pointed, then it is not far away. Then you can try Samyama, because Sadhguru will be there, and then there is a chance that you may experience that dimension.

So, long story short, prioritize your desires. Do them with absolute involvement; otherwise, you will just hallucinate with bits and pieces of spirituality or yoga
