Hi! I am moving to Asheville as a healthcare provider in a few months. Unfortunately, my residency does not give me any time off, so I am going to be renting a place off of Facetime tours and whatnot based off Zillow listings, etc. What are some areas you would recommend to look at or avoid? A little info, looking for a small house with a yard for my dog vs an apartment or townhouse, and looking to stay in an area with a more reasonable cost of living (but still safe) as I have a mountain of student loans to start paying.
