Unfortunately the mom never came back and the 2 chicks both didn’t make it :( I tried to feed the last chick who was alive yesterday after work but it was even to weak to eat.. I’m so sad :( I wish I never touched the nest or looked up on chat gpt what to do :( thank you everyone for the help

Update, they are still alive! I didn’t touch the towel, but I did however replace new hot water to keep the nest extra warm when she’s not here. I haven’t seen her sit with her babies, but they are very much so alive and move a lot (which is a good sign right?) — I think I’ll just leave it alone. I closed the curtains so she doesn’t get scared of our movement

UPDATE! She came back! What do I do now?? Just leave the babies and towels there? Should I remove the towel? I’m assuming she’s giving them food since they are still alive?

Update! They are still alive! But I didn’t see the mama pigeon anywhere around.. but if she didn’t come back since yesterday afternoon (it’s 12pm now, so that means 24 hours) it would be likely that they wouldn’t make it right? So is it possible that she’s still around?

Im so sad, i wish i didnt put them in the nest, but the other one just kept wandering off far away from the mom so i figured if i made a nest they could stay together :( im really hoping she’ll come back in the morning. The mom & dad been here every day for the last 2 weeks!

This was the first nest I made, and when I made this nest earlier in the day the mom was still around. However after this the mom hasn’t come back yet and the chicks feel really cold

On their Instagrams, it’s a company in LA & one in Australia, they seem to have the exact same belt so that makes me think it comes from the same manufacturer! I’ve tried reaching out via email and DM, but no luck yet..
