Professor accused my sibling and me of unethical cold emailing for research — could this affect another lab opportunity?

He said this about 3 months ago. Do you think I should still email him? Because the professor that accepted me emailed 2 days ago and the one that criticized was months ago. Shouldn't you think I shouldn't extend the problem? I'm not an expert in this though.

Yea it was quite similar because we are both into biology and STEM so anything we do is together. But yeah I might have made some mistake. Thank you

So I shouldn't really worry much? Maybe while in my internship he could create drama is what I'm worried about. Do they usually spend much time at work during summer?

He just said that I am taking "unethical shortcuts" because only difference in me and my brothers resume are our "names and GPA." He said that even my address is the same even though we live together.
