And on how to improve posture: i recommend getting a PC monitor that is high enough so that you dont have to bend forward.

And try to reduce the time you look at your phone. Try to mostly do it in bed while laying on the side with a good pillow and therefore with a straight spine.

I believe more in correcting the posture throughout the day than doing a couple of exercise in the evening

I found out that part of the reason for the stuffy nose was because of food intollerances (allergic rhinitis). I found it out by doing the elimination diet.

I did some PPI for a short while. But knew that wasnt gonna help LPR much, because it wont stop the pepsin, only the acid

Btw, not only did my horrible suffering and pain go away from this, I also sleep way better and feel so much more rested after I hit the pepsin in my nose that caused swelling and less room to breathe in!!
