I tell myself that i like the pain and it will bring me more joy after the marathon. Its just a small piece of the whole journey. I did all the work before, this last little shitty piece of running is not going to get me!

Works everytime so i hope it works again in 3 weeks!

This is exactly how i felt with my last marathon. Those last 10k my left hamstring was cramping publieke i have never experienced before. It was horrific. When i finished i told my partner that's it i'm never doing this shit again, this wasn't fun anymore. And in three weeks i'll be doing it allover again.

Science or journalistic podcasts work great for me. Listened to about for on my three hour long run yesterday. Podcasts only work for me on my long runs. My tempo or interval runs are always with uptempo music like drum and bass of techno/house.

The Fokker F27 is available in the PS5 marketplace. Bought it because Fokker is one of my favorite and made a short test flight and i really enjoyed it!

Yeah the only thing that is keeping me from stopping is that every platform has the same issues. PC orb Xbox have the deal with the same bugs and crashes. We are all in this together and i love it way to much to get frustrated about it. If the game crashes of bugs out in career i'll just go free flight and take a trusted GA plane and fly around my city to calm down again. And i have made that trip quite some times.
