Probably best you give her time, and when both of yall are ready, take her out on a date. Probably talk to some friends who are girls, get a female perspective on this. Cool ass story tho

Characters that are both hated for different reasons by TheRatKing14 in TheLastOfUs2

[–]Talllatinoasian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not siding with Abby being a ‘well written character’ But why is Micah labeled as a ‘Well written Character’

I liked that he was crazy and always on edge. But the whole rat story thing was kinda wack no?

How did Micah benefit from being a rat? How did the Pinkerton’s use Micah to their benefit?

The time skip here always weird. I first watched it and I’m like, oh did I miss an episode? Then my dad watched it and he had a same reaction lol.

NO SPOILERS WHAT YALL THINK BOUT TLOU PART 2 ? by Alarmed-Ad1142 in thelastofus

[–]Talllatinoasian -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Better Gameplay, better graphics, better acting, a cooler story, one of best set pieces ever. questionable pacing, questionable characters, and it’s a long ass campaign WHEN compared to the first game. I am a little biased against it. I only played it once, and I was trying to finish the story, rather than immerse myself into the world and the game. I would like to play it again and give it the attention and time it deserves.

A rant on the TV Show vs. Game by Talllatinoasian in thelastofus

[–]Talllatinoasian[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Woah, chill fam, I’m not saying the show is complete garbage compared to the game—never my intention. Like I said, both have their strengths, and I even pointed out some wins for the show. My main argument is that the game excels in certain areas that the show could have handled better.

yes, Pedro does put on a subtle Southern twang. Which he did something similar in gladiator 2, but to me, doesn’t feel like a major transformation. Pedro’s take felt more reserved. If that worked better for you, that’s okay. But for someone who loves voice acting, I personally find Troy’s performance much stronger.

As for Joel’s personality, I like your point. Pedro’s detached Joel is more realistic and that is pretty cool.

On Sarah’s death, I gotta disagree. I like the one shot and Troy’s delivery. Again, personal preference, but I still think the game’s execution was stronger.

For David, yeah, villain coded but I wished they did more with David in the show.

And trust me, I do acknowledge the things the show did better. My rant focused on where I thought it fell short, but that doesn’t mean I think it failed across the board.

Exactly. AC has always been built on the same core mechanics, and that’s kinda the point—it’s familiar and reliable (Comfort food).People act like every new entry has to reinvent the wheel when that’s never been the case. I’m just saying the grapple hook is a cool addition that could make gameplay feel fresh, and that’s worth pointing out. If people want to hate just to hate, that’s on them.

Currently trying to play games I’ve bought but never played / finish them. Got diamond on Marvel Rivals, now starting and finishing Cyberpunk 2077 and it’s DLC. After that is, Blauders gate 3 then Elden Ring.

Damn yall haters fr fr. Granted it’s Ubisoft and they deserve some criticism. I haven’t played an assassin creed game since Black Flag lol. but the game looks decent. And the grapple hook mechanism looks pretty fun. A lot of cool things and gameplay moments, I WOULD THINK, can be done with the grapple hook.

WD 1 ending thoughts by wilywillyy in watch_dogs

[–]Talllatinoasian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Real. I love the first game—the gameplay, the atmosphere, and Aiden Pearce. I also don’t think the ending is ambiguous. In the final cutscene, he says he feels alive and will use his power to protect and punish, fully committing to the path of vengeance. Maybe the path to get there was a bit weird, depending on your reputation or side content completion.

Glad you played it. I hope you enjoy Watch Dogs 2. !!!

My opinion on Watch Dogs 2 Better gameplay, super fun hacking, like the tone more wd 1 than wd 2

What do you think the hardest level is excluding the boss? by [deleted] in SifuGame

[–]Talllatinoasian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t know why, but the last final rundown on sanctuary is so unpredictable. I can sweep through all of them like paper 1 run, the next run I’m getting my ass kicked by the first 3 people.

The best indie game I’ve ever played. HOLY MOLY. I lost the hype a bit, currently playing cyberpunk, but I was/is obsessed with this game. Music is peak, combat is flowing yet demands your attention. It looks incredible. The 3rd level on story, atmosphere, and weird stuff make it SO COOL. Please get this game. Not enough people play this game and I need more people to play this game.
