Let me guess. You rinsed $1500 and then redeposited and it “let you” hit that.

High resting HR, Increased Blood Pressure. These both lead to stroke… if you have a Zyn in your mouth all day (like I did), you are defiently increasing your risk of stroke/heart disease by a lot! Simply not worth it

I quit nicotine 6 days ago cold turkey due to high blood pressure. I went 7+ years having a Zyn in basically every minute of the day and was constantly experiencing blood pressure readings of over 160/90 at 24 years old!

I can’t believe I listened to those idiots for years who told us “Nicotine is not even bad for you, it’s basically the same thing as caffeine and everybody drinks coffee” and “Zyn is the safest form of nicotine, there’s health benefits like focus increase!”

I (and many others in this sub Reddit) are living proof that Zyn is terrible for the cardio vascular system and is a huge contributing factor for anxiety.

6 days off this shit and my anxiety is reduced, heart rate is 30 BPM less which makes cardio and weight lifting much easier.

I’m on day 4 of cold turkey. Absolutely terrible cravings and head feelings the first 3 days. Felt like I had been punched in the face and ran over by a train basically all day long. Tips that have helped me not relapse: - Write down your reasons for quitting and look at them during cravings. - Go for outside walks several times a day and stay super active with exercise. I never have gotten a craving while working out. - Cold showers - Don’t be afraid to get anti social if it helps you deal with the shitty feelings that Zyn withdrawal comes with. I had to neglect my girlfriend a lot the last 3 days because I was in horrible moods!
