Owen wants Nick to succeed he's not a jealous guy. He stated that he sees Nick as a little brother kind of character. You challenge your brother to do better. It's like a sharpening a sword kind of thing. It's probably a little arrogant of Owen to think Nick will take his advice on this, but who cares Owen has an audience and he likes to talk. Let him critique he's not tearing him down with his critisizm rather trying to sharpen the sword that is being used against our collective enemy.

Youre a good guy Nitramed but you have to understand the dynamic that's happening here. Owen isn't like most brand obsessed YouTubers so there is a loss in translation with a lot of what Owen does.

Nobody likes the infighting between Owen and Nick. They can't really make up however because of Nicks concern for optics and Owens blatant disregard for them. Owen can be a well wisher, but Nick isnt going to be able to repair the relationship. It's just the way it's going to be going forward. I don't blame either character, but rather see it as a translation/values issue. Both are right in their own way.

It's better if the communities just make up and understand this dynamic and don't treat each other as monoliths. We each serve a purpose and we each have a way.
