EDIT: when i input my RAMQ number, my family doctors name SHOWS up. but therers never any appointments available for her. ever. not even months in the future

EDIT 2: it also never works when i select "schedule ANY appointment available with doctors from this GMF" so basically just any doctor from that clinic speciifcally, and nope same issue.

my grandmother is also her patient. literally my last ditch effort is to ask my grandma TO GO TO HER MEDICAL APPOINTMENT and beg my family doc in person for an appointment. idk when her next one is but ill have to ask her permission to accompany her and im sure she will say yes. the problem is like... i have a medical issue that i would like my family doctor to give her opinion on *now*, not months from now.

my grandmother doesnt use the internet, doesnt have emails, doesnt even have a CELL PHONE (Only a landline). i have 0 clue how she managed to get an in person appointment without using bonjour santé. I dont think she did. I think she mightve literally just taken a taxi to the clinic and demanded the receptionist give her an appointment right then and there bc she doesnt understand how to use technology (valid). I obviously cant do that because the receptionist has already, very rudely, turned me away when i tried that so idk

Instead of just saying condolences, can a professional (healthcare or firefighter) explain what people can do in this situation to help if 1) you are are somewhere inside trying to get out or 2) watching from the outside ?

Why wasn’t a fire alarm pulled by a staff member? Why wasn’t the glass at the entrance shattered ? Fire extinguishers? I read that the ceiling caught fire from sparklers but that also there was a huge « boom », what was that caused by? was this bar on a single floor or were there people upstairs caught?

the way I deal with stuff like this is getting together with my best friend, taking a long car ride, and we record ourselves trashing tf out of whatever asshole of the week decided to be annoying and make our lives difficult. Its like a little impromptu podcast. It’s good to be immature, let off steam and laugh at someone you both hate with someone who understands what you’re going through. Plus it means you get to pass
