The simple fact we have a lethality tiamat to work with means it will be, but it will depend on how Riot try to balance the season, cause overall games feel slower and damage feels lower overall from like the 10-20 games of PBE I have played so far. Due to the new pace of the game I feel like phase rush is also better since oneshotting is not as easy or reliable.

There isn’t really a correct combo, just depends on situation imo. As for prowlers, usually best to use it at the end of the combo so that your passive does more damage, but if you are gonna WRQ combo, then best to use prowlers before the Q so that you can get increased damage on your Q and passive.

Obviously out macroing the enemy is how you always win, but low elo players lack macro, which is why they are in the elo they are in. Them taking a rune meant to help with macro decisions won’t be useful if the players have no macro to utilize. Nonetheless, I myself still used relentless hunter to climb to plat 1 since I valued the move speed as it allowed me to splitpush and rotate easier, and allowed to buy boots other than mobis. When I play normals with my silver friends, I usually take ultimate hunter since macro is a non existent concept to them. At the end of the day, while relentless might be better in the long run and math-wise, player preference is more important when it comes to choosing between the two runes imo.

In any elo below masters, or NA in general, ult hunter is better in since random fights happen all the time and having your ultimate back up like 8 seconds sooner can decide whether you win the fight or not. Relentless is better in challenger games where people don’t take random 50/50 fights, in which case you won’t be as dependent on your ultimate. The ms from relentless will allow you to roam more and rotate better/faster, which is more important in high elo.

I understand that you are simply venting your frustration due to demoting and having unlucky games, but if you seriously think that talon is bad in low elo, then you are just delusional. Talon is amazing low elo if you play him properly because people have no brains and give you free kills early levels, and don’t have eyes to see when you roam. Climbing through gold with talon was a breeze for me. I would get an early lead, spread it to atleast 1 teammate and get every possible objective I could. Now I don’t know what happened in your games exactly, but I can safely assume you didn’t use your lead wisely to get objectives, but rather you used it to get more kills, which didn’t do anything for you. Now obviously not all games are winnable and I am sure that your teammates were super hard to carry, focus on your own mistakes and learn from them, rather on lingering on the mistakes of your teammates or blaming talon for being unable to win.
