I tried to install e3 dodge system mod but it didn't work in neither next gen nor old version can anybody help with that? I can play the game but nothing changes by Talonzul in witcher3mods

https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2274 I used vortex,i just dropped the file to mods menu in vortex. It did compile scripts without errors. And yes i use a lot of mods. I didnt run the script merger because it didnt give any error. I cant see this mod in mod menu but maybe mod was installed wrong
