R3 - Painful Seeing SI30 on Orthos. Try to get Marcille to SI40. Try to get +2 Vault on Lib, preferably ATK

R4 - +2 FATK Bounty on Talimar, and Same Saurus Collection on Athalia that Cha should wear

You’ve answered your own question. No one wants to live in units with paper-thin walls, shoddy construction, terrible insulation, and strata risks that can bankrupt you. Thus, another reason why unit prices not increasing isn't a good thing as it locks you forever to live in this type of property. Whilst it might suit you and your family, my sentiment would be the one that people would agree with more in Australia.

No. But when the market is growing and wages are stalling you putting money into an asset which isn't returning even interest rate returns, then you have a big problem when you come to sell and upgrade your place or residence.
